Established in 1994, this cozy facility boasts a 105-dually certified bed rehabilitation for short or long-term stays with a designated skilled unit. Our rehab unit offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to help residents regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Alongside the Rehab Unit, Lakeview accommodates the needs of long-term care and personal care residents. Our team of skilled nurses, therapists, and caregivers work together to create personalized care plans for each resident, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
